Mit bis zu 12 Stunden Laufzeit erleichtern sie der Crew, vor allem bei Au\u00dfendrehs in unwirtlichen Gegenden, das Leben ma\u00dfgeblich.<br \/>Zus\u00e4tzlich hat Smartpark mit der Apollo Bridge auch ein integriertes Beleuchtungs-\u00d6kosystem mit offener Architektur entwickelt, das es m\u00f6glich macht, DMX-Leuchten jeder Marke zu mischen, anzupassen und einfach via App zu steuern. Nebenbei installiert Smartpark auch selbst Audio- und Lichttechnik. So hat das Unternehmen beispielsweise in der Schalke Veltins Arena Gelsenkirchen ein System implementiert, das die Tonanlage f\u00fcr das gesamte Stadion via Ipad steuert, sowie s\u00e4mtliche andere Systeme, wie zum Beispiel Unterbrechungsfreie Stromversorgung und Klimaanlage in \u00dcbersee hat nicht funktioniert<\/h3>\n<p>Am Anfang hat Smartpark die Platinen f\u00fcr seine Systeme noch selbst von Hand gefertigt. Gut 150 Platinen entstanden in m\u00fchevoller Handarbeit, denn die Leiterplatten von Smartpark sind sehr klein und doppelseitig dicht mit winzigen Bauteilen best\u00fcckt. Die Systeme verkauften sich allerdings bald so gut, sodass CEO Florian Steixner nach Alternativen suchen musste. Erste Versuche mit EMS-Anbieter:innen zur Fremdfertigung in \u00dcbersee liefen leider nicht zufriedenstellend. \u201eBeim Testlauf in China hatten unsere LCD-Displays dann auf einmal eine rote Hintergrundbeleuchtung statt einer wei\u00dfen, und auch andere Bauteile wurde ausgetauscht, ohne nachzufragen\u201c, erinnert sich Steixner. \u201eAuch das EMS in anderen \u00dcberseel\u00e4ndern hat f\u00fcr uns nicht gepasst. Bei einem Versuch mit 600 Platinen haben wir nur 500 best\u00fcckte retour bekommen und dann ein paar halbbest\u00fcckte und leere Leiterplatten. 200 waren \u00fcberhaupt falsch best\u00fcckt\u201c, so Steixner weiter. F\u00fcr jede:n Kund:in steht hier ein:e kompetente:r Ansprechpartner:in bereit, der sich nicht nur auskennt, sondern auch rasch und unkompliziert auf besondere Anforderungen eingeht. \u201eWir haben damals einfach ein Email geschrieben und wurden sofort zur\u00fcckgerufen. Danach haben wir die n\u00f6tigen Produktionsdaten geschickt und unsere Ansprechperson hat uns ein passendes Angebot geschickt. Seither l\u00e4uft die Kooperation weitgehend reibungsfrei und wir produzieren regelm\u00e4\u00dfig Serien zwischen 60 und 500 St\u00fcck.\u201c, erkl\u00e4rt Steixner den bew\u00e4hrten Ablauf. Die Produktion bei TELE ist zwar nat\u00fcrlich etwas teurer als in China, aber daf\u00fcr passt die Qualit\u00e4t der hochintegrierten, teilweise gerade mal 26 x 16 Millimeter kleinen Module. \u201eEs passiert sehr selten, dass einmal einer der winzigen Bauteile fehlerhaft ist. Ansonsten geht die Fehlerrate fast gegen Null\u201c, freut sich Steixner.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Weitere EMS-Dienstleistungen in Planung<\/h3>\n<p>Smartpark vertraut schon seit 2018 auf TELE-EMS und l\u00e4sst die hochintegrierten Platinen f\u00fcr seine Systeme in der TELE-Produktion am Standort Wien best\u00fccken, l\u00f6ten und pr\u00fcfen. \u201eAktuell diskutieren wir gerade, ob wir nicht zus\u00e4tzlich auch noch die Endmontage von Platine, K\u00fchlk\u00f6rper, Stecker und Geh\u00e4use an TELE auslagern k\u00f6nnen. Auch die Programmierung des Systems durch TELE ist im Gespr\u00e4ch\u201c, so Steixner. Smartpark ist mit EMS bei TELE also sehr zufrieden. Warum? \u201eDas Wichtigste bei EMS ist es, jemand zu haben, den du anrufen kannst, um idealerweise auf Deutsch etwas auszudiskutieren,\u201c ist Steixner \u00fcberzeugt. \u201eDu brauchst einfach eine Ansprechperson, die wei\u00df was sie tut.
