Allerdings d\u00fcrfen ausschlie\u00dflich Kuppelschalter zur Anwendung kommen, bei denen im eingeschalteten Zustand st\u00e4ndig eine Steuerspannung anliegen muss und der selbstt\u00e4tig abschaltet, wenn diese Spannung nicht anliegt. ACHTUNG: Eine Ausnahme bildet die Anwendung bei Umrichtern; hier m\u00fcssen auch weiterhin zwei Kuppelschalter verwendet werden.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zuschalten<\/strong><strong>: <\/strong>Wurde ein Fehler des Kuppelschalters \u00fcber die zwingend zu verwendenden R\u00fcckmeldekontakte erkannt, darf der NA003 erst dann wieder zuschalten, wenn am Display ein eigener Reset \u00fcber die Tasten erfolgt und sowohl die Spannung U als auch die Frequenz f mehr als 60 Sekunden in Ordnung sind. Ein Fehler des Kuppelschalters wird zus\u00e4tzlich \u00fcber Relais 3 an die Eigenerzeugungsanlage gemeldet. Damit wird sichergestellt, dass z.B. auch bei verschwei\u00dften Kontakten des Koppelschalters nicht eingespeist wird. So d\u00fcrfen die meisten Parameter nicht mehr umgestellt werden. Ausnahme bilden der Spannungssteigerungsschutz, der 10min-Mittelwert und die Zuschaltschwellen f\u00fcr f und U. Alle Parameter m\u00fcssen unbedingt passwortgesch\u00fctzt sein (zus\u00e4tzlich zur Plombierung).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Umrichter: <\/strong>Beim Spannungsr\u00fcckgangsschutz U&lt; 0,8U<sub>N<\/sub> erh\u00f6ht sich die Delay-Time auf 3 Sekunden, um zu gew\u00e4hrleisten, dass sich nun auch einspeisende Anlagen am Niederspanungsnetz an der Netzst\u00fctzung beteiligen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Technische Regeln f\u00fcr den Anschluss an das Mittelspannungsnetz<br \/><\/strong>Zusammen mit der ebenfalls neuen TAR Niederspannung (VDE-AR-N 4100) entsteht ein neues Basisregelwerk f\u00fcr diese Spannungsebene. Ab einer Leistung P<sub>n<\/sub>&gt;135kW steht nun ein zweiter Parameter f\u00fcr den Frequenzsteigerungsschutz (bisher nur einer) steht nun zur Verf\u00fcgung.
