Technology from TELE for Green Village training center<\/h2>\n

With 2,500 students and 250 teachers, HTBL Bulme Graz-G\u00f6sting is the second largest technical school in Austria. Since 2013, the school has also been offering training and further education in the field of “renewable energy” and, for this purpose, has built the PVA “Green Village” practical center, the largest practical training center for renewable energy in Austria, in cooperation with companies. TELE Haase supports the Green Village with six devices for grid and system protection NA003-M64.<\/p>\n

A “playground” for renewable energy<\/h3>\n

“The “Green Village” makes renewable energy technology tangible. Here, the students of Bulme Graz, but also external course participants, e.g. from the T\u00dcV Austria Academy or the Federal Association Photovoltaic Austria, learn to set up, commission, monitor and maintain photovoltaic, small wind power and biomass plants under real conditions,” explains Wilfried Weigend, initiator of the Green Village. Companies such as TELE Haase sponsor state-of-the-art equipment and know-how for this purpose. TELE contributes grid and system protection<\/h3>\n

The latest addition to the Green Village, which now includes more than 100 partners from industry and the energy sector, is grid and system protection from TELE Haase. The company is providing Bulme with a total of six NA003-M64 modules. The devices are responsible for safe grid disconnection. Installed between the inverter and the PV system, they disconnect the energy generating system (photovoltaic, generator, battery buffer) from the grid in the event of a grid fault. Their function is very important for the reliable protection of the power grid and generator systems, because they ensure that the connection of an energy generator does not impair the function or safety of the distribution grid and that no maintenance person is harmed.<\/p>\n

For example, students and course participants will learn how to wire grid and system protextion, program it for specific countries, and safely put it into operation using the equipment provided by TELE.
