Monitoring the operating states of the compressors can help to optimize consumption and reduce costs. No cabling is required to install the sensor. The sensor is mounted in a few seconds, configures itself automatically and can be used worldwide. Immediately, all machine information is recorded, and transmitted automatically to an IoT platform. In this way, operating states can be monitored in real time on the associated dashboard. Alarming, in case of atypical behavior, is also possible. If a critical condition occurs, the maintenance personnel is warned via SMS, for example, and alerted in the second escalation level. In addition, the energy consumption was too high. During a subsequent inspection of the compressed air system, maintenance personnel were able to locate many leaks. After the repair, the system is running efficiently again.
