Your TELE trainee position
Apprentice today - employee tomorrow
Our apprentices are our future employees. So we give them the best possible training. To do this successfully, TELE has its own apprentice representative who is responsible for guiding the youngest employees, supporting them during their apprenticeship program, and always keeping an open ear when they have concerns.
Find out which job is right for you.
During his or her training, each apprentice moves through several stations within the company and learns a variety of different processes. This gives young people the opportunity to try different things, discover what they are most suited to doing, and find the area within the “Company of the future” where they can develop to their fullest potential. In addition to the apprentice representative, the relevant process manager, sub-process manager, and mentors stand by their side throughout the entire training period.
We challenge and nurture - and it works!
Aside from their practical training, TELE apprentices regularly participate in apprentice competitions organized by the chamber of commerce and are given strong support in this endeavor. Each year, numerous awards demonstrate that we are doing a good job and are among the very best. TELE also organizes its own events for apprentices, such as the Active Social Day. During these events, our apprentices support other people in a social context and learn the practical meanings of the terms Sustainability and Responsibility. The most recent of these events brought us to a Caritas nursing home, where we had the privilege of helping prepare for the Christmas advent market.
