- The customer wants to optimize manufacturing quality in series production and reduce the reject rate, i.e. when milling parts. To achieve this, it is essential to detect brief power failures, one of the things that can lead to problems.
- In order to detect momentary power failures in a CNC machining center, the system is equipped with the TELE V2UF230V10 voltage-drop detector. Power failures pass through the relay output of the monitoring components to the digital input of a PLC. Then they are given a time stamp and logged. This makes the voltage-drop detector an economical alternative to direct monitoring with the PLC.
