Pulp manufacturecurrent measurement
- Process industry
- Multiple motors are controlled by a frequency converter. The frequency converter can only measure the total current, but not the power draw of the individual motors. Very low operating speeds must be realised.
- A G2IA15A 4…20mA current measurement module is installed ahead of each motor. The measured power draw is transmitted to a higher-level process control system in analogue form. This allows the motors to be monitored individually at the process level.
- - Very exact measurement at low frequency (up to 3 Hz)
- Exact monitoring of individual motors
