Panel heating monitoring
- Process industry
- Current monitoring
- E1IU5AAC01 230VAC
- Data sheet:
- Monitoring of panel heaters for failure.
- The panel heater is monitored for defects or failure by monitoring the current draw. As long as the panel heater is switched on and is functioning properly, it will consume more electricity than the threshold configured in the monitoring relay. If the power draw falls below the threshold because of a defect, the relay contact trips and indicates a fault.
- - Minimisation and prevention of downtime and faulty lots
- Compact unit
- The low-cost monitoring relay prevents production stoppages, which would cost significantly more
