Circuit board cleaning
- Cleaning, Washing
- Industrial Plant
- Power reading converter
- The pressure applied by the cleaning brush for cleaning circuit boards should remain as constant as possible to ensure optimal results.
- When the pressure increases, the power drawn by the brush motor also increases. The use of a power measuring transducer forwards the power consumption of the brush motor to the PLC over a standard signal (4–20 mA), and the PLC then adjusts the position of the brush accordingly with an actuator.
- - The solution offers the required rapid reaction
- Mechanical solution too expensive and complicated
