- Thermistor relay
- A temperature limiter is installed in the process controller of a burner. When it is triggered, a fault message should be sent and maintained after the power is switched off.
- The cable breakage monitoring function of the thermistor relay monitors the status of the temperature limiter.
In the event of a fault, the output relay is tripped, and the fault is signalled through the output contact. The only way to clear the fault is to press a reset button.
The state of the output relay is also saved in the event of a power supply interruption. When the power supply is restored, the state from before the power failure is restored, and the fault is not cleared until the internal or external reset button is pressed.
- - Complicated conventional control system is replaced with a relay.
