What needs to be done?
Once you have completed the online form, you will immediately receive a RMA confirmation by e-mail. Please attach this letter in printed form to the goods consignment and also note the RMA number on the packaging so that it can be clearly allocated. The RMA will also make further correspondence easier ? please always indicate it.
Please send the goods in their original packaging or in a suitable protective packaging to:

Consignments of goods without a valid RMA number will be returned at the sender?s cost.
Repairs will normally be done within 25 working days. If this deadline cannot be adhered to, we will contact you immediately. No postage costs will be charged for the return of the repaired goods within the EU.
